Official: Real Madrid squad list to face Sevilla | La Liga GW18 | OneFootball

Real Madrid will be playing their final game of 2024 tomorrow against Sevilla at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Ahead of the tricky encounter against Garcia Pimienta’s men, manager Carlo Ancelotti has unveiled the squad list of players who will be available at his disposal on Sunday afternoon.

The big news is that star forward Vinicius Jr., who won the FIFA Intercontinental Cup Golden Ball earlier this week, misses out through suspension due to accumulation of cards.

Meanwhile, left-back Ferland Mendy is back in the squad after recovering from the muscle injury he sustained a couple of weeks ago against Girona.

As Ancelotti confirmed, David Alaba is still not ready to make a comeback and will be ready only in January. As such, he is not in the squad list, along with injured stars Eder Militao and Dani Carvajal.

Youngster Raul Asencio once again makes the cut although it remains to be seen if he gets a start tomorrow or whether Ancelotti continues with Aurelien Tchouameni at centre-back.
