Official: Robinio Vaz joins Roma from Marseille | OneFootball

Roma have announced their first official signing of this January window.

With the following statement Roma introduced Robinio Vaz’s arrival:

“AS Roma is delighted to announce the signing of Robinio Vaz from Marseille on a permanent transfer.

The 18-year-old striker has penned a four-year deal running until 2030. 

Born in Mantes-la-Jolie on 17 February 2007, Robinio developed in the academy teams of Mantes and Sochaux before joining Marseille in 2024. 

He made his senior debut for Roberto De Zerbi’s side on 14 January 2025 in a Coupe de France match against Lille. He went on to make his Ligue 1 debut the same season and his Champions League bow this season, collecting 22 appearances in all competitions with four goals. 

Vaz is considered to be one of France’s brightest under 20 prospects.

He has chosen to wear the No.78 shirt for Roma.
