Palmeiras say sponsorship takings have already topped R$ 300 million, with two more commercial deals close to completion.

The club are in advanced talks over branding on the shorts hem and a chest slot between the crest and Puma logo, with companies not yet disclosed.

They also aim to secure partners for the shirt’s back hem and a master sponsor for the youth set-up, which would lift income from sponsorships and advertising activity.

On Monday Palmeiras announced a two-season agreement with Leapmotor to feature on the back of the shirt, worth R$ 20 million per year, including vehicle provision and potential projects under the Sports Incentive Law.

Marketing vice-president Everaldo Coelho said Palmeiras want premium, long-term partners that strengthen the club’s image, and that he avoids comparisons with other teams.

Targets across the current shirt deals are near that level, and the total will rise with the two advanced negotiations and other assets such as advertising boards.

The 2026 budget projects R$ 259 million from advertising and sponsorship, after R$ 213.6 million last year.
