West Ham United welcomed Tottenham Hotspur at the London Stadium earlier this evening as they looked to earn a good result at home in the Premier League. The Hammers made a good start to the game and managed to get to the half-time interval with a goalless scoreline.

Pape Matar Sarr scored the opening goal for Spurs in the 47th minute before Tomas Soucek was sent off by the referee just seven minutes later. Lucas Bergvall doubled his team’s advantage in the 57th minute. Mickly van de Ven killed the game off in the 67th minute as Graham Potter’s men suffered a disappointing 3-0 loss in the London derby.
