Alfredo Pedulla believes Ademola Lookman is doing “everything and more” to join Inter Milan, and that Inter won’t give up on him.
The SportItalia transfer market gave an update on the transfer saga on his YouTube channel.
The transfer saga between Inter, Atalanta, and Ademola Lookman has now dragged on for the better part of a month.
Inter have made two offers for the Nigerian international. First, they made a bid worth €40 million all-in. Then, after Atalanta rejected that, they increased it to €45 million including add-ons.
Atalanta then rejected Inter’s second bid for Lookman.
And in the meantime, the former RB Leipzig forward has done everything he possibly can to force through a move to Inter.
Lookman has publicly demanded a transfer. he has also no-showed training for well over a week.

SportItalia transfer market expert Alfredo Pedulla commented that “there are some things to say about Inter’s strategy this summer.”
“But let’s wait until the end. Let’s not assume that the Lookman transfer saga is over.”
“We never thought that Inter would decide to give up on the striker that they’ve made the cornerstone of their window,” Pedulla added. “Just to sign [Manu Kone].”
Pedulla continued that “Lookman has done everything and more to join Inter.”
“He’s set himself on a collision course with his club. He’s received fines. It’s seemed a bit strange.”
“So we have to wait and see what happens,” Pedulla said.
Meanwhile, the SportItalia transfer expert anticipate that “we also have to see what happens with Asllani.”
“Let’s see if Torino sell Ilic and then sign him on loan. Bologna are also in the mix for him.”
“We’ll see if there’s a purchase obligation,” Pedulla said of an eventual loan departure for Asllani. “Inter value him at €17-18 million, it won’t be easy but it’s worth paying attention to.”
