Mark O'Haire's latest betting Notebook column for Betfair pinpoints three punting angles from the Betfair Exchange and Sportsbook to follow across MD22 of the Premier League including Aston Villa v Everton...

Leeds v Fulham: Back both to oblige

Leeds v FulhamSaturday 17 January, 15:00

Goals look well worthy of our support at Elland Road on Saturday. Leeds were involved in a thrilling 4-3 defeat against Newcastle as their eight-game unbeaten league streak was ended last time out, yet the Whites have continued to impress. Daniel Farke's team have scored in 10 of their last 11, as well as in 14 of their previous 17.

Despite all the positivity, Leeds have only managed to keep their sheets clean on three occasions this season, none of which have arrived on home soil since August. Both Teams To Score has been the right selection in 67% of their overall EPL outings, including eight on the spin at Elland Road and a repeat holds plenty of appeal at 1.88.

Fulham arrive in West Yorkshire in fine fettle - the Cottagers are unbeaten in six (W4-D2-L0) to quietly move up to ninth, just four points off the top-four. Marco Silva's men have scored in each of their last 10, whilst only Arsenal and Chelsea boast a better hit-rate in terms of getting on the scoresheet this season with Fulham scoring in 18/21 overall.

Like Leeds, Fulham have struggled for consistent shutouts, recording just one on their travels this term with seven of those 10 away days delivering profit for our proposed BTTS play.

Nottingham Forest v Arsenal: Brazilians battle it out

Nottingham Forest v ArsenalSaturday 17 January, 17:30Live on TNT Sports

Nottingham Forest picked up a vital victory at West Ham in their last Premier League clash, though the Tricky Trees again failed to convince. Sean Dyce's side continue to struggle for threatening moments in attack, still lack a distinct style of play and remain immensely vulnerable defending set-piece situations, a real concern for Saturday.

City Ground form has also escaped Forest, who have now been beaten in six of their 10 home games this season, shipping 17 goals. With Arsenal only missing one first-team starter this weekend and the Gunners avoiding defeat in 25 of their last 29 away league matches, Arsenal Double Chance can form the first part of a Bet Builder here.

I'm going to partner that selection with Igor Jesus To Commit 1 Or More Fouls and Gabriel Magalhaes To Be Fouled 1 Or More Time for a 1.98 shot.  Jesus has committed at least one foul in 21 of his last 25 appearances, committing 1.99 fouls per-90 signing joining Forest - in seven of his last 11 outings, he's made at least two misdemeanors.

Jesus has also given centre-backs a rough ride. Opposition centre-backs have been fouled at least twice in seven of the last 10 matches that Jesus has started and Gabriel has shown a penchant for drawing punishment since his return from injury - the Gunners ace has been fouled at least once in eight of his previous nine starts.

Aston Villa v Everton: Sticky Toffees to fall short

Aston Villa v EvertonSunday 18 January, 16:30Live on Sky Sports

Aston Villa remain level on points with second-placed Manchester City and have made a solid return following their thumping at table-topping Arsenal before New Year.  Unai Emery's outfit have now posted W19-D1-L3 across all competitions since late September, including an eye-catching W13-D1-L2 in Premier League action.

Villa have also tabled a remarkable 11 consecutive victories at Villa Park, beating the likes of Man City, Man Utd and Arsenal along the way. Next they welcome an Everton side they've traditionally impressed against, winning four home games on the spin against the Toffees and returning W9-D4-L0 in 13 recent head-to-heads.

Another Aston Villa success therefore has to be considered here, especially as the Betfair Exchange market is dangling a tasty 1.73 available on the home victory here. Everton head to the Second City without Michael Keane, Idrissa Gana Gueye, Ilimann Ndiaye and potentially Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall again - Daivd Moyes' men are W0-D1-L5 against top-six teams.
