In Friday's press conference, Luis Enrique addressed Ousmane Dembélé's injury suffered against AS Monaco.

Last Tuesday, Luis Enrique's gamble with Ousmane Dembélé against AS Monaco didn't pay off. Despite a calf discomfort earlier in the week, the Frenchman started the match but had to leave his teammates in the first half, replaced by Désiré Doué, who turned the game around.

This Friday, PSG announced that the 2025 Ballon d'Or nominee is ruled out for the home clash against FC Metz this weekend. "It was a knock against Monaco. I think we know our players very well. We always have the mindset of taking no risks with our players and want to manage each one in the best possible way. But injury is part of top-level football and you have to accept that," explained Luis Enrique at the press conference.
