PSG ‘reach agreement’ with Barça for Dro Fernandez | OneFootball

AS reported on Saturday that PSG and Barça have reached agreement for Barcelona prospect Dro Fernandez, 18, marking the club’s first signing of the January window.

Under contract until June 2027, Fernandez recently informed his formative club of his wish to continue his career elsewhere. He gave himself a few days to choose a destination, with English and German sides also in the race, and his preference appeared clear.

PSG had made him a priority target, and the presence of Luis Enrique, who shares the same agent, worked in their favour.

He is expected in Paris shortly to sign a contract running to 2030.

Seeking to ease relations with Barça, PSG will pay slightly above his release clause of six million euros, taking the total to around eight million euros.
