Paris Saint-Germain’s €70 million sale of Gonçalo Ramos to AC Milan has strengthened their transfer stance, and Bradley Barcola will not be allowed to leave unless an exceptional bid arrives.

According to The Athletic, PSG have not placed Barcola on the market and, if proposals do arrive, would seek a fee far above the €135 million Manchester City paid for Elliot Anderson.

Barcola has been considering a move to secure greater prominence, mindful of his current role under Luis Enrique. The club still regard him as important and have no intention of easing an exit. He also remains reluctant to extend his contract.

Real Madrid are monitoring the situation, while Premier League clubs are sounding him out.

With PSG holding the upper hand this summer, any suitor would likely need a record offer just to open negotiations.
