PSG/Arsenal – Officially ruled out of the Champions League final!

Ben White, Arsenal’s 28-year-old defender, went off injured during the 0-1 win over West Ham, while Ricardo Calafiori (the 23-year-old right-back) was rested due to pain. The England international was therefore already doubtful for the Champions League final against Paris Saint-Germain on May 30. The English club confirmed those concerns in an official statement.

Following Sunday’s match at West Ham United, further assessments and specialist examinations have confirmed that Ben White has suffered a significant medial knee ligament injury, which will rule him out for the remainder of this season.”

It is a major blow for Arsenal and for White, who will miss this much-anticipated final. Not to mention the two decisive Premier League matches in the race for the English title. We can only hope there will be no more bad news before this huge football occasion.
