Benfica are interested in re-signing Rafa Silva, but president Rui Costa offered no transfer update after the match on Saturday, 17 January.
According to Glorioso 1904, Benfica have been negotiating the forward's return while pushing to sign André Luiz, and Besiktas want seven million euros fixed and for Benfica to cover three months of wages from a period when Rafa Silva refused to play for the black eagles.
Pressed by reporters, he declined to address talks, said he intends to keep the club on its current path, and turned attention to upcoming commitments.
This season for Besiktas, the former Portugal international Rafa Silva, valued at five million euros, has made 16 appearances, 10 in the Turkish league, four in the Europa Conference League and two in Europa League qualifying.
Across 1,360 minutes, he has scored five goals and provided three assists.
