Ibrox Noise has rarely dedicated entire articles to Celtic. We research our club a lot, but of course find so many articles about Rangers by Celtic sites which appear in results under Rangers. But Wilfried Nancy!

They talk about us a LOT.

But Ibrox Noise doesn’t talk about Celtic much, at least, we didn’t.

Farce

Until this absolute farce of an appointment was made over there, which we called out as their Russell Martin, and have been proven correct.

Danny sees another one of them off….

The apocalyptic meltdown at Celtic has been one of the most sudden and aggressive we can ever remember. Only a few months ago they were miles favourite to win the title. And while they remarkably still edge it with the bookies, the utter collapse into farce over there has been the stuff of legend.

Our own meltdown in 2012 led to utter obsession with us, with timmies swarming our sites and constantly digging at us.

The shoe is currently on the other foot, and now they’re into Banter Years territory. This is Murty doing a headstand territory. But at least he could win matches!

Wilfried Nancy has been the most farcically-hilarious Old Firm manager in history – he beats Caravan Dog-Barking Pedro by a mile, and Russell Martin looks competent compared to him.

To lose his first 4 in a row in all competitions is a historic first. No Old Firm manager has ever done that no matter how poor they were.

And it’s all too much for Peter Lawwell who spun some line about fan abuse to get out of this utter mess.

They probably were giving him a bit of stick, because Celtic and their club are in complete freefall.

The problem they have is this isn’t a Rangers without money any more. Money is not a problem now for Rangers.

£50M

We’ve just wasted £50M and we’ll waste another £50M if we have to! We jest, money is not an issue at Ibrox any longer.

And with Celtic crumbling totally at the seams, Rangers do smell blood. Hearts will have a LOT to say about that this weekend and fingers crossed our team can do the business over there.

Nevertheless, Celtic’s self-inflicted collapse is comedy gold. It is beautiful. It is funny. It is glory to behold and Rangers fans have earned the right to mock and laugh at it.

Bizarre

Celtic made a bizarre choice to appoint a mid-table MLS coach, up there with Rangers’ choice to appoint a mid-table Championship coach in Martin. We still reserve caution over Danny Rohl on Ibrox Noise but we’ll see.

He’s certainly doing a damn sight better than Connect 4 Boy is.

And hopefully that continues.
