In a recent report, Fichajes claimed that Real Madrid are ready to step up their efforts to land Paris Saint-Germain ace Desire Doue. It is believed that Los Blancos are eyeing a move to bring the French wide player to the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium next year.
Doue came through the youth ranks of Rennes and joined PSG in the summer of 2024. The 20-year-old has already made 65 senior appearances for the French outfit so far, scoring 16 times and earning 17 assists across all fronts.
The French sensation is currently among the best young wingers in European football. Thus, it is no surprise that Los Blancos are planning to move in for him next year.
Doue is under contract at PSG until the summer of 2029. Therefore, it won’t be easy for Los Blancos to sign him on a cut-price deal this January or at the end of this campaign.

Doue is a good dribbler with the ball at his feet and can make some driving runs with it out in the wide areas. He has got the vision to orchestrate a few inviting chances for his teammates in the final third and can strike the ball with venom from long range.
The French winger can even contribute by scoring and creating his fair share of goals from the flanks. Doue is primarily a right-winger but can also operate as a left-sided wide player or play in the number ten position if asked to do so. However, it remains to be seen whether he can make a smooth transition to life in La Liga.
We can expect Doue to bring more firepower to Real Madrid head coach Xabi Alonso’s frontline. He is good enough to challenge for a regular first-team spot at the Madrid club.
At 20, Doue has got the potential to be a future star in European football. Hence, Los Blancos should focus on going for a winger of his skill set next year. However, Alonso needs to give him some time to adjust to life in La Liga before he can get the best out of the gifted wide player.
