Levante 1-4 Real Madrid
Real Madrid have continued their 100% record across all competitions, having defeated Levante in convincing fashion at the Ciudad de Valencia.
The hosts had a couple of big chances to score early on, with Ivan Romero denied from close range and Adrian De La Fuente heading wide from only a few yards out, despite being unchallenged. And they were made to pay as Vinicius Junior opened the scoring for Real Madrid with his third goal of the season, finishing in exquisite fashion with the outside of his right foot.
Minutes later, the La Liga leaders doubled their advantage as Franco Mastantuono netted for the first time since his summer arrival from River Plate. A quick counter-attack saw Vinicius play in the Argentine, who switched the ball on to his right foot before firing high into the Levante net.

Levante were left reeling by those two goals, but they reduced the arrears shortly after the half time interval courtesy of Karl Etta-Eyong. The striker, signed earlier this month from Villarreal, netted in his opening two matches against Real Betis and Girona, and he made it three from three as he headed home from close range.
However, Levante’s belief was short-lived as Real Madrid restored their two-goal lead soon after. Kylian Mbappe was fouled inside the penalty area by Unai Elgezabal, and that allowed him to score his first of the evening from 12 yards. And two minutes later, he added his second as he rounded Levante goalkeeper Mat Ryan to finish into an empty net, having been played through by Arda Guler.
The result means that Real Madrid are on 18 points, having won all six of their La Liga matches thus far. They are five clear of Barcelona, although that gap would close back to two points if the reigning champions defeat Real Oviedo on Thursday.
