A member of the attacking ranks at La Liga giants Real Madrid has agreed to a contract extension with the club.

That’s according to Marca, who point towards Brahim Díaz as the player in question.

Versatile attacker Brahim for his part continued to play an important role for Real Madrid this past season, on his way to 51 appearances in all competitions.

Across these outings, despite being far from first-choice, the Moroccan international racked up a none-too-shabby six goals and seven assists.

And such efforts, evidently, proved enough to convince those behind the scenes in Spain’s capital of Brahim’s readiness to contribute long-term.

This comes amid confirmation that an agreement is in place for the former AC Milan to extend his contract terms with Real Madrid.

As per a report from Marca:

‘It will be official soon. Real Madrid have reached an agreement to renew the contract of its forward Brahim Díaz, who will thus be a key player in the Whites’ future.’

Brahim’s previous terms were due to expire in the summer of 2027.
