Real Madrid think they may have found their own ‘Vitinha’ in breakthrough youngster | OneFootball

Excitement regarding the talents of an up-and-coming member of the midfield ranks at La Liga giants Real Madrid is beginning to mount.

This comes amid comparisons with Paris Saint-Germain standout Vitinha, one of the standout midfielders in world football at present.

The Blancos starlet in question comes in the form of Thiago Pitarch.

The name of youngster Pitarch, for those not aware, has emerged as an altogether prominent one behind the scenes in Spain’s capital over recent days.

This comes after the 18-year-old was afforded a chance to impress in senior training, an opportunity which he has since taken full advantage of.

Xabi Alonso and his staff are understood to have been left taken aback by Pitarch’s abilities, despite his tender years.

So much so that, as alluded to above, the Spaniard is already drawing comparisons with one of the game’s very best in his role.

As per a report from ESPN:

‘At La Fábrica, they describe Thiago Pitarch as a very dynamic midfielder, with similarities to Vitinha. He’s energetic, intense, and has a great talent for breaking through lines through passing, dribbling, and running.’
