According to Superdeporte, Renzo Saravia is undergoing a medical with Valencia today ahead of signing a contract running to 30 June 2026.

The Argentine right-back reported to Hospital IMED in València on Monday. He said he felt good and happy, would complete the checks then follow club instructions. He watched the last match, regretted the result after a strong second half, and is focused on proving himself over four months with hopes of staying longer.

Because he has been without a club, Valencia’s medical will be more exhaustive than usual, with staff set to assess his fitness thoroughly before final approval.

Saravia will become a Valencia player once cleared. The club reached agreement on Thursday to bolster right-back after Dimitri Foulquier’s injury, aiming to double up the position and give Corberán more options. Alongside starter Thierry Rendall, the coach has used Unai Núñez at right-back and could deploy Luis Rioja as a wing-back in a back five.

He arrived on Saturday at Joaquín Sorolla station and expressed excitement about the move, delighted to join a major club in a beautiful city and ready to make himself available.
