Premier League giants Aston Villa are among the leading candidates to sign Inter Milan defender Yann Bisseck.

According to Tuttosport via FCInterNews, the British Islands could be the Belgian star’s next destination.

Despite his rise in the pecking order last term, Yann Bisseck could leave San Siro this summer.

Indeed, Inter need to offload at least one first-team ace to balance the books.

Therefore, the 24-year-old could fall victim to the club’s financial strategy.

Bisseck joined Inter from Aarhus in the summer of 2023 for a reported fee of €7 million.

However, after developing into a senior Serie A star, he could leave the Nerazzurri for profit.

Cristian Chivu’s men expect to earn around €35 million from Bisseck’s sale.

Indeed, it may even unlock Inter’s pursuit of Parma starlet Giovanni Leoni.

Yet, Bisseck’s price tag rules out a move to most European clubs.

As such, a move to the Premier League appears the most realistic option, with Aston Villa at the head of the queue.
