Report: Bernardo Silva calls Ronaldo to seek information about Juventus | OneFootball

Wednesday’s reports claim that Manchester City’s Bernardo Silva has been on the phone with Cristiano Ronaldo and a handful of his former teammates in order to seek background information about life at Juventus.

Bernardo is expected to leave Man City once his contract expires at the end of the season. Juventus are among the clubs hoping to secure his services on a free transfer as the Bianconeri hope to provide Luciano Spalletti with a squad capable of competing for the 2026-27 Scudetto.

According to the latest updates from Tuttosport, Bernardo has recently been in contact with Ronaldo to discuss the reality of life in Turin. Wednesday’s report claims that the 31-year-old has also spoken with Joao Cancelo and Danilo, both of whom have represented Juve and Man City across their careers.

Tuttosport claims that Juventus are prepared to offer Bernardo a multi-year contract worth €6m per season in wages with bonuses of up to €2m, partly linked to Champions League qualification and partly linked to goals and appearances.

The Bianconeri are not the only interested party, however. Wednesday’s report claims that Galatasaray, where Bernardo’s former Man City teammates Ilkay Guundogan and Leroy Sane play, are prepared to table an offer worth around €10m per season in wages.

Bernardo is also said to have suitors in the Saudi Pro League and in MLS. His boyhood club, Benfica, are also rumoured to be considering an offer.
