Inter Milan have reportedly put a contract offer on the table for Paris Saint-Germain goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma next summer.

This according to Italian outlet TuttoMercatoWeb. They report that the Nerazzurri have offered the Italian international a five-year contract with wages increasing over the duration of the deal.

Inter Milan have been paying close attention to the situation of Gianluigi Donnarumma at Paris Saint-Germain.

At the moment, the 26-year-old’s contract with the French champions expires in less than a year. He is still on the same five-year deal he signed in 2021, running until the end of next June.

Therefore, Gianluigi Donnarumma could be a major free transfer opportunity next summer.

Inter Milan reportedly have little interest in signing Donnarumma this summer. However, if the former AC Milan keeper is to be available for free next summer it would be a different story.

Inter’s propensity to go after big name free transfer opportunities is no big secret.

According to TuttoMercatoWeb, in fact, Inter have already laid out their proposal to Donnaruma.

The Nerazzurri would be ready to offer the Italy captain a five-year deal next summer. He would earn €7.5 million net in his first season, rising by €1 million net in each successive season.
