Inter Milan and Roma are both scouring Parma striker Ange-Yoan Bonny as a potential summer transfer.

This according to Italian transfer reporter Nicolo Schira. He reports in a tweet that both the Nerazzurri and the Giallorossi scouted the Frenchman’s performance in a match against Empoli this weekend.

Inter Milan are all but certain to make at least one major attacking signing this summer.

The Nerazzurri will be losing the likes of Joaquin Correa and Marko Arnautovic when their contracts expire.

Moreover, that may not be all.

There could also be a departure for Mehdi Taremi, just one season after he arrived on a free transfer.

Accordingly, it will certainly be crucial for Inter to reinvigorate their attack.

And as such, the Nerazzurri’s aim will be to target younger strikers. They want players for the present as well as the future.

There have been a few names linked in Inter’s search for a striker.

Reportedly, Inter see Bologna’s Santiago Castro as a major target. They are also eyeing up the likes of Nikola Krstovic and Lorenzo Lucca from within Serie A.

Then, there is also reportedly still a possibility of Inter signing Jonathan David on a free transfer.

But those may not be all.

According to Italian transfer reporter Nicolo Schira, another name has come onto Inter’s radar.

Parma striker Ange-Yoan Bonny has been impressing in his first season in Serie A.

Bonny joined Parma in the summer of 2021. And having coming up with the Emilian team last season, he has looked quite adept both in terms of his goals and holdup play.

Therefore, reports Schira, Inter as well as Roma were scouting Bonny this weekend.

Parma took on Empoli in Serie A. They lost 2-1 in a match that could prove to be crucial in the Serie A relegation battle.
