Roberto De Zerbi ‘not planning’ immediate return amid Tottenham links | OneFootball

According to talkSPORT, Roberto De Zerbi has no intention of returning to management before the end of the season despite links to Tottenham Hotspur.

The Italian left Olympique de Marseille earlier this season and had planned a break before assessing his next move.

Even so, the former Brighton & Hove Albion manager has been mentioned as a potential replacement for Igor Tudor at the North London club, with results appearing not to have improved under the former Marseille boss.

De Zerbi departed Marseille after 18 months in charge, having guided the Provence side into the Champions League in his first campaign.

His exit came during a turbulent spell for the Ligue 1 club, with tensions over the project and the direction of Les Phocéens leading to his departure.
