Paulo Dybala is finalising the details of a new contract with Roma at half the wages, but free agent Lorenzo Pellegrini met with Vincenzo Italiano’s Besiktas for a potential move.
The Giallorossi have several players whose contracts ran down on June 30, although some are more likely to sign new deals than others.

La Joya had interest from numerous clubs, above all calls from Boca Juniors for a return to Argentina, but seemed determined to stick it out in the Eternal City.
Sky Sport Italia confirm that Dybala and his entourage are working out the final details of a new contract and it should be completed over the next few days.
This will be an agreement to practically half his wages, from €6m per season to €3m, but boosting it with a series of performance-related bonuses.
That could include up to €60,000 per game played, not to be taken for granted considering his well-known fitness issues.

A player who probably isn’t going to remain at Roma is Pellegrini, who just turned 30 last month and is a free agent.
Sports Digitale in Turkiye claim that the midfielder met with Besiktas representatives Onder Ozen and Gokhan Keskin to discuss the project.
Their new coach is Italiano, who had already wanted to sign Pellegrini when he was at the helm of Bologna.
This departure is a wrench for Pellegrini, who spent his entire career with the Giallorossi other than a two-year spell with Sassuolo from 2015-17.
