Roma give West Ham deadline over Summerville deal with fee revealed | OneFootball

Matteo Moretto reports that Roma are expecting West Ham to respond to their offer for Crysencio Summerville by either Monday or Tuesday, although the Hammers are said to be holding out for a €50 million fee.

Multiple sources in Italy claim that Roma have made an opening offer exceeding €40m for West Ham winger Summerville.

Latest on Roma’s offer for Summerville

Tuttomercato and other media outlets report that Roma’s proposal is worth €46m, while, according to Moretto, it is slightly lower at €44m-45m.

All Italian sources claim that Summerville hasn’t yet agreed to personal terms with Roma, yet he’s open to joining the Giallorossi this summer, so the contract length and salary of the Dutch winger in the capital are not expected to be an issue for the Serie A club.

According to Moretto, Roma expect an answer from West Ham between Monday and Tuesday next week, but it remains to be seen whether the Hammers’ response will be positive given that their asking price for Summerville is €50m.

West Ham were relegated from the Premier League in 2025-26, while Roma qualified for the Champions League by finishing third in Serie A.
