Roma is preparing for its debut against Bologna and is also thinking about the transfer market, with the final week set to bring Gasperini some new signings.

In addition to incoming transfers, Roma also want to secure some player sales.

Two of the main names that have been included on the club’s transfer list are Lorenzo Pellegrini and Artem Dovbyk.

As Il Messaggero reports, the future of the now former Giallorossi captain is fairly clear, following Gasperini’s comments yesterday.

His contract expiring in 2026 and his €4.5 million salary make him a liability for the Giallorossi, which is chasing capital gains.

The €10 million asking price would be a significant help, but no offers have been received so far, with West Ham and Fiorentina in the background.

Dovbyk’s future is also uncertain, with Roma asking for €30 million.

The Ukrainian is in demand in Spain, where he won the top scorer award in 2024, with Villarreal, however, failing to meet Massara’s demands.

He remains on Napoli’s extensive list of attackers, but their focus is primarily on Hojlund.

Dovbyk’s sale, like that of Pellegrini, would help Roma launch a new push for their targets, especially Sancho.
