Joao Pedro could be one of the world’s best strikers according to Liam Rosenior, who has been hyping him up today.
Joao Pedro has been one of Chelsea’s most in form players recently, and one of the players who has impressed most after Liam Rosenior’s arrival.
He had a break on Friday night when we faced Hull, meaning he should be extra sharp and fresh today against Burnley. We really expect him to do some damage against a team who have been struggling.

Speaking ahead of the game, Rosenior was gushing about the Brazilian’s form:
“‘Joao, he’s had real rhythm. I’ve asked him to do different things and he’s taken it on board and put it into practice. He’s been outstanding,” the Chelsea manager said ahead of the game.
“The quality has never been in doubt. The true test for Joao now – which is the exciting thing – is if he can maintain this level of intensity and this level of quality, he can be one of the best strikers in world football.
“I truly believe that. It’s a possibility at the moment if he maintains this level.”
Technically and physically, there’s no doubt he has the tools. His struggles earlier this season seemed to be more in actually getting involved in the game. If Rosenior has been able to unlock that next level, there’s really no telling how good he could be.
Our predicted team for today’s game against Burnley sees the Blues at close to full strength after a nice rest.
Liam Delap will be on the bench again today, and the links about a possible transfer are only going to continue.
