SAFiel has launched safielja.com.br to rally Corinthians fans behind a push for the board to formally assess a new multibillion-real SAF proposal. According to Meu Timao, it aims to widen debate.

The site registers support for analysis of the non-binding offer sent to president Osmar Stabile. By 18:00 on Wednesday, more than 29,000 fans had signed up.

Group member Eduardo Salusse said they have engaged club bodies since last year and that many councillors still lack detail. Meetings are held to explain the project and correct misinformation.

He said SAFiel met the Conselho de Orientação, presented details and delivered documents, and that an updated proposal has been sent to the presidency and other bodies.

The plan seeks R$ 2.5 billion, potentially R$ 3 billion if oversubscribed. Funds would prioritise cutting football debt, sporting investment, infrastructure and governance.

A new SAF would assume professional football assets and liabilities, managed separately from other Parque São Jorge activities. The social club would keep a stake, receive about R$ 600 million in royalties over 10 years and hold golden share veto rights.

Ownership would be dispersed, with voting shares limited to Corinthians supporters, investments from R$ 250 and caps per CPF. Institutions could join only through non-voting stock if needed.

Safeguards include identity vetoes and a reversibility clause to return control in defined breaches. Implementation needs approvals, independent due diligence by a Big Four, regulatory steps, a roadshow and AGM approval. The letter of intent lasts 60 days from signature, extendable, and SAFiel hopes mobilisation prompts a formal review.
