Santos v Corinthians tickets sold out for Brasileirão round six at Vila Belmiro | OneFootball

Santos said on Friday that tickets for the Brasileirão derby with Corinthians are sold out. The round six match is scheduled for 15 at 16:00, Brasília time, at Vila Belmiro.

Any further tickets will be made available only if buyers cancel their purchases.

It is their first sell-out since the last meeting with Corinthians on 22 January in the Campeonato Paulista.

Between the run-in of last year’s league and the start of this season, Santos fans sold out six straight home games.

However, a poor spell, with one win in four matches this year, saw demand fall for subsequent fixtures.

Against Vasco on 26 February in round four, Vila Belmiro recorded one of its lowest crowds since Neymar’s return, with 8,808 paying spectators and revenue of R$ 539,319.33.

Before facing Corinthians, Santos meet Mirassol in round five on Tuesday at 21:30, Brasília time, at Estádio Maião in the interior of São Paulo state.
