Jesper Lindstrøm, the 26-year-old Danish winger, is set to join Schalke 04 on loan after Schalke and Napoli agreed a deal, with only final details to be settled, according to Sky Germany.
Talks had briefly stalled in recent weeks, but the move now appears back on track.

A loan is on the table, and Schalke could secure an option, or even an obligation, to buy.
Lindstrøm remains under contract with Napoli until summer 2028 and will not come cheap.
He spent last season at Wolfsburg on loan, where he struggled and could not prevent the club’s relegation.
The Royal Blues hope he can rediscover the Eintracht Frankfurt form that brought 14 goals and 14 assists in 80 games between 2021 and 2023.
