With just ten games left in the Serie A season, AC Milan and Inter Milan face a challenging run-in that could decide the Scudetto.

Though Inter had seemed on the verge of winning the title, Milan rekindled their Scudetto ambitions on Sunday.

Indeed, Massimiliano Allegri’s side snatched away a narrow 1-0 victory in the Milan derby to reduce the gap to seven points.

Despite losing another high-profile fixture, Cristian Chivu still holds a solid seven-point advantage at the top.

Therefore, Inter remain in control of the title race.

Inter will look to bounce back from the derby heartbreak when they take on Atalanta at home on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Milan will meet Lazio at the Stadio Olimpico on the following day.
