Fiorentina have secured 25-year-old Brescianini from Atalanta on loan. Short of minutes in Bergamo, he will be assessed across the second half of the season before any long-term decision.

Lazio completed one of the headline moves by signing Netherlands international Taylor for a fee believed to be around €15m. He is expected to take a central role in Maurizio Sarri’s midfield following Matteo Guendouzi’s exit.

Elsewhere, Verona sent Yellu Santiago to Arouca on loan and completed a permanent deal for Isaac from Atletico Mineiro. Parma allowed Hernani to join Monza.
