Juventus have Dusan Vlahovic back in the squad after four months, but Jeremie Boga starts with Kenan Yildiz and Francisco Conceicao against a Sassuolo side affected by a virus outbreak.

Sassuolo had a very strange build-up to this game, as six players were isolated after showing symptoms of whooping cough.

The identities of the players affected were not confirmed, with only one confirmed case of pertussis, which is an infection of the lungs and breathing tubes.

The Neroverdi had been on fine form until recently, then suffered back-to-back defeats with Lazio and Bologna.

Sassuolo were already missing injured Fali Candé, Alieu Fadera, Daniel Boloca and Edoardo Pieragnolo.

The players not in the squad are Nemanja Matic, Kristian Thorstvedt, Woyo Coulibaly and Stefano Turati.

These teams met on January 6, with Juve running out 3-0 winners away from home.
