Sevilla eyeing Hugo Camberos deal | OneFootball

The brass at La Liga outfit Sevilla have cast their gaze towards Mexico amid their ongoing search for reinforcements.

That’s according to Marca, who highlight Hugo Camberos as the player in the sights of the Nervionenses.

Camberos, for his part is a highly-regarded up-and-coming midfielder, who is capable of lining out either in a central role, or out wide.

The youngster has long been considered a potential star in the making, one of the standout talents in Mexican football.

And such abilities, it would appear, have begun to pique interest across the water…

As per a report from Marca, Sevilla are considering making contact with Chivas, over a winter deal for Camberos.

Restricted by their difficult financial situation, the La Liga side are hopeful of striking a cut-price deal for a player whose contract expires in 2027.

Camberos’ market value is understood to lie in the region of €2.5 million.
