The date and time for City’s Women’s FA Cup fifth round tie against Sheffield United have been confirmed.

We welcome the Blades to the Joie Stadium on Sunday 22 February, with kick-off scheduled for 14:00 (UK).

The game has not been selected for live TV broadcast in the United Kingdom, but detailed coverage will, as always, be available on mancity.com and the official Man City app.

City booked our spot in the fifth round with a 6-0 victory over AFC Bournemouth, thanks to goals from Khadija ‘Bunny’ Shaw, Lauren Hemp and a brace apiece from Vivianne Miedema and Laura Coombs.

Sheffield United, meanwhile, earned their place in the Round of 16 with wins over Durham and Ipswich Town respectively.

The Blades currently sit ninth in WSL 2, and most recently came to the Joie Stadium in 2023 for an FA Cup fourth round tie, which City won 7-0.

We’ve won the FA Cup three times in our history, most recently lifting the famous trophy in 2020 after an extra time win over Everton at Wembley Stadium.

City reached last season’s semi-finals, while our last appearance in the final came in 2022, when we were edged out by Chelsea.
