Sheffield United loanee, Tyler Bindon is set to return to Nottingham Forest this summer, and Chris Wilder has spoken out on the 21-y/o's future.
Sheffield United could be set for an interesting summer transfer window ahead, with it seeming a tough ask for Chris Wilder's side to win promotion into the Premier League this season.
The Blades had a hugely disappointing start to the 2025/26 Championship campaign under the management of Ruben Selles, who was relieved of his duties in charge of the club in
Wilder has since taken Sheffield United back in the right direction, and he'll be hoping to win another promotion with them in the near future.
One player that has caught the eye in the second-half of this season is Tyler Bindon, with the former Reading defender becoming a regular in the starting XI under Wilder's watchful eye.
It'll be interesting to see what the future holds for the 21-year-old, as he's set to return to parent club, Nottingham Forest, once his loan spell at Bramall Lane reaches a conclusion.

Speaking in a pre-match press conference ahead of Sheffield United's clash with Birmingham City at St Andrew's this weekend, Wilder revealed that his side are openly interested in speaking to about potentially renewing his loan deal for the 2026/27 season.
"From Tyler's point of view, he's here until the end of the season. Obviously from Forest's point of view, if they stay in the division, which I should imagine they will do, he'll be looking to go out on loan. "He's somebody that we'd openly be interested in talking to. I'd like to think that he's enjoyed his period, he's still got a bit of football to play, and he's still got to stay in the team, which is important for him."
Bindon is contracted with Nottingham Forest until the summer of 2028, and his short-term future could depend on which division the Reds are playing their football in.
Forest have been in and around the Premier League relegation zone for much of the second-half of the season, and the City Ground faithful face a nervy few months ahead.

Bindon is likely to be involved in the 2026 World Cup this summer, and so it's set to be a busy few months ahead for the New Zealand international, both on and off the pitch.
Wilder went on to issue high praise for the centre-back for his attitude and willingness to learn and improve whilst with Sheffield United.
"He's got a big summer coming up with the World Cup as well, which is a fabulous experience. But he's been great to work with. He wants to learn, and he wants to improve and let's see what happens. He's doing himself no harm in terms of his attitude at the football club and his performances for us."
Bindon seems to be going from strength to strength in English football, and has certainly made a name for himself since his first steps in the EFL with Reading.
He was originally signed for the Royals' Under-21s team, but due to their off-field problems, he was thrown into the first-team picture, and never looked back, as he won the club's Player of the Season award in the 2024/25 season.
Those impressive showings saw him earn a move to Nottingham Forest soon after, and despite a slow start whilst under Ruben Selles' management, Bindon has gone on to catch the eye for all the right reasons with Sheffield United this term.
