Sheffield United have been backed to allow Ryan Oné to leave Bramall Lane on loan, amid interest from Rotherham United.

Sheffield United could facilitate Ryan Oné exit this month, amid loan interest in the striker from South Yorkshire neighbours Rotherham United.
Chris Wilder's men are battling to climb back into the top half of the Championship table, while Oné has been restricted to just six second-tier appearances this term, each of them as a substitute, amid strong competition at Bramall Lane.
The Blades have discovered a rich vein of form in recent weeks, with three wins in their last four games, including a 3-1 triumph over Leicester City on New Year's Day.
Sheffield United will also endeavour to progress in the FA Cup via a potential third-round victory over Mansfield Town at Bramall Lane this Sunday, and that could potentially be a showcase for the Scottish teen to prove he's ready for first-team football somewhere.

While Oné has struggled for game-time in the Championship this season, Wilder has benefited from the services of fellow strikers such as Patrick Bamford and Tyrese Campbell.
Amid the 19-year-old's lack of minutes for the Blades this term, Rotherham are interested in signing Oné on loan, with the Millers battling to avoid relegation from League One to League Two.
Discussing the teenager's potential loan move, Football League World's Sheffield United fan pundit, Jimmy from the Blades Ramble YouTube channel, believes it would be a great move for the Scotsman to make for the remainder of the campaign.
"It makes total sense," Jimmy told FLW.
"It's what a lot of us United fans have been hoping for. He's now, technically, fifth choice striker. Bamford, (Tyrese) Campbell, Cannon, and (Danny) Ings.
"So, he's not going to get the minutes needed for his development. I'd love him to go out to League One. Rotherham, I think Leyton Orient are also showing some interest. Try and get 20 games under your belt, battling much closer for a first-team spot.
"He's got a real ceiling, a real high ceiling, Ryan Oné, so it's exciting to see what he could potentially do at League One level. Get it done, and hopefully he comes back a stronger player in the close-season for it. I'm really behind it."

As mentioned by Jimmy, Sheffield United's strength in depth in attack means that Oné is unlikely to get regular minutes at Bramall Lane between now and the end of the season.
Because the striker is just 19 years old, Wilder will be more keen to aid his development than to retain the Scotland Under-21 international as a squad option.
Furthermore, the former Hamilton Academical man will be hungry for regular playing time, which is something that Rotherham are in significantly better standing to offer him than his current club.
Matthew Hamshaw's side are in significant danger of being relegated to League Two, as they are currently four points adrift of third-tier safety after 24 games.
The presence of Oné, who has some Championship minutes to his name this term, could inspire the Millers on their way to obtaining League One survival.
