Southampton ‘to target’ Prosper Obah if promoted | OneFootball

Southampton’s promotion chase has been accompanied by links to Shakhtar Donetsk winger Prosper Obah, a potential summer target if they go up.

SportsBoom reports that Southampton are monitoring the 22-year-old Nigerian, with Coventry City and Middlesbrough also interested. The report suggests he could cost around £17m, so Premier League status might be needed to advance any deal.

Obah has eight goals and four assists in 20 appearances in all competitions this season. A Premier League move could appeal if Southampton secure promotion.
