Spain are aiming to book their place in the 2024/25 Nations League semi-finals on Sunday evening when they host the Netherlands in the second leg of their quarter-final tie.
La Roja are defending their Nations League crown and eager to add more silverware to their bulging cabinet having followed up their 2022/23 triumph by winning Euro 2024 last summer. They are the continent's best and most cohesive team at present and are looking to flex their muscles once more.
Having drawn the first leg with the Dutch 2-2 on Thursday night, Spain know victory of any description will see them progress and Luis de la Fuente appears unlikely to make many changes from the side that snatched a late result in Rotterdam several days ago.
Here is 90min's guide to the clash.

GK: Unai Simon - The Athletic Club goalkeeper was helpless to prevent either of the Netherlands' goals on Thursday night and will be eager for greater protection from his midfield and defence on Sunday.
RB: Pedro Porro - Porro could have done better to prevent Cody Gakpo firing home the Dutch equaliser midweek and will need to be stronger defensively against the relentless Liverpool forward this time around.
CB: Robin Le Normand - Le Normand is a slight injury concern for Sunday's fixture after suffering a knock in the first leg but De la Fuente will be desperate to have him available given Pau Cubarsi is unavailable.
CB: Dean Huijsen - The Bournemouth defender made his debut for Spain's senior squad midweek after replacing the injured Cubarsi and will feature again with the Barcelona defender ruled out.
LB: Marc Cucurella - Cucurella struggled with speed and ingenuity of Jeremie Frimpong on Thursday and could be handed similar headaches by Xavi Simons in Valencia.
CM: Pedri - A composed pass picked out Nico Williams as Spain opened the scoring early doors in Rotterdam and the Barcelona tempo-setter will be a key bridge between defence and attack on Sunday.
CM: Martin Zubimendi - The holding midfielder has been linked with every European giant under the sun and is enjoying a spell in Spain's first team following Rodri's long-term injury.
CM: Fabian Ruiz - Spain have always been blessed with some incredible midfielders and their current crop are pretty remarkable, too. He's not Xavi, Andres Iniesta or Sergio Busquets, but Fabian Ruiz is an immensely gifted talent.
RW: Lamine Yamal - Yamal's hard work forced Jorrel Hato's error in the build-up to Spain's opener last time out and the Barcelona star could get amongst the goals himself on Sunday.
ST: Alvaro Morata - Spain's skipper may lack the glamour and guile of his teammates but he's a tireless worker and a master of the dark arts. The veteran offers some much-needed grit.
LW: Nico Williams - Williams showed exquisite composure as he grabbed his goal on Thursday, before his parried shot was converted by Mikel Merino in stoppage time. He will be similarly involved on Sunday.
