Cristian Romero and Destiny Udogie will again miss out when Spurs take on Everton.
Romero pulled out of the defeat to Aston Villa last weekend in the warm up because of an injury and was absent from the goalless draw with Monaco.
Udogie also missed both games because of a knee problem.
But Spurs boss Thomas Frank does not expect either to be out for much longer.
“Cuti just was out on the grass running with some of the performance guys so positive and progressing,” Frank said. “No timeframe but I don’t expect it to be a longer one.
“Destiny isn’t on the grass yet. He’s still progressing but again not a longer one.”
Striker Dominic Solanke also continues to miss out while he recovers from ankle surgery.
“Dominic is positive, he’s taking steps in the right direction every day,” Frank added. “He was on the grass again today on his own but now has a sustainable amount of pitch sessions on his own so he’s progressing forward.”
