Spurs will have a new boss in the dugout when they visit Sunderland at the Stadium of Light next month after interim head coach Igor Tudor's exit.

The club said in a statement on Sunday that Tudor had left by mutual agreement with immediate effect, with goalkeeping coach Tomislav Rogic and physical coach Riccardo Ragnacci also departing. Spurs thanked the trio for their work over the past six weeks, noted Tudor's recent bereavement and said an update on a new head coach will follow.

Spurs, one point above the Premier League relegation zone, did not win a game during Tudor's six-week tenure. They have not yet named a successor.

Sean Dyche and Roberto De Zerbi have been linked with the vacancy over the past week, but no appointment has been announced.

Sunderland are 13 points clear of Spurs in the table ahead of their meeting.
