Stuttgart ‘set’ €50m price on Angelo Stiller amid Real Madrid and Manchester United links

Sport Bild reports that VfB Stuttgart have set a €50 million asking price for Angelo Stiller amid links to Real Madrid and Manchester United.

Both Sport Bild and Sky Germany say the midfielder’s contract contains a release clause, though they differ on the figure. Sport Bild lists it at €36.5 million, while Sky Germany puts it at €40 million.

They also state Stuttgart can buy out the clause for around €2 million at any time, allowing the club to negotiate a transfer fee without being bound by the clause.

The same Sport Bild report adds that winger Jamie Leweling would be allowed to leave for around €50 million.

Stiller is a key midfielder for Stuttgart and a German international.
