Sunderland players ranked by national team caps: From Hume to Xhaka | OneFootball

From Chemsdine Talbi to Granit Xhaka, Sunderland’s squad is stacked with international experience, ranked here by senior caps.

According to Sunderland Echo, the break brings a Dutch recall for Brian Brobbey and a first Haiti summons for Wilson Isidor after his switch from France.

At 12, Talbi has three Morocco caps after youth honours with Belgium. Brobbey sits on eight for the Netherlands, while Nilson Angulo has 12 for Ecuador and Habib Diarra 17 for Senegal.

Noah Sadiki also has 17 for DR Congo. Lutsharel Geertruida stands on 19 for the Netherlands. Next is Trai Hume for Northern Ireland.

Dan Ballard has 33 for Northern Ireland, a set-piece threat with five goals. Omar Alderete is level on 33 for Paraguay.

Reinildo Mandava owns 48 for Mozambique. Bertrand Traore’s 86 for Burkina Faso come with 21 goals and 11 assists. Topping the list, Xhaka is Switzerland’s record appearance holder on 143, featuring at six major tournaments.

Ecuador play Morocco and the Netherlands in friendlies this month, so Angulo may see Talbi and Brobbey up close.
