Sunderland transfers: Premier League deals completed so far this summer

Sunderland are braced for a pivotal summer window as they prepare to reinforce a squad bound for Europe. So far, their confirmed moves are departures.
According to Sunderland Echo, Bertrand Traore, Dan Neil, Dennis Cirkin and Niall Huggins have left at the end of their contracts, with the window opening on Monday. Targets linked in recent weeks include Marseille midfielder Geoffrey Kondogbia, RB Salzburg winger Kerim Alajbegovic and Sweden defender Emil Holm.
Regis Le Bris oversaw a superb Premier League return, finishing seventh and sealing a Europa League place alongside AC Milan and Juventus. The league phase will add at least eight extra fixtures.
Elsewhere, several clubs have already moved. Brentford signed Jannik Schuster from Red Bull Salzburg for £16.5m, and Newcastle added Ewen Jaouen from Reims for £18.5m. Ipswich brought in Chuba Akpom for £7m and Cedric Kipre, while Tottenham have recruited Andy Robertson and Marcos Senesi.
Notable exits include Mohamed Salah leaving Liverpool by mutual termination. Anthony Gordon has joined Barcelona from Newcastle for £69.3m, and Rasmus Hojlund moved from Manchester United to Napoli for £38m, while several clubs have confirmed contract departures, including Solly March and Seamus Coleman.
