Shelbourne FC are delighted to welcome Scottish champions Celtic FC to Tolka Park for a pre-season friendly. Here’s everything Shels and Celtic supporters need to know for the trip to Drumcondra including accessing the stadium, public transport options, hospitality and the matchday experience.
Important Information: This is an earlier than usual kick-off time. To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable matchday experience, we strongly encourage all supporters to arrive at Tolka Park well in advance of kick-off. Arriving early will help reduce queues and ensure you are in your seat before the match gets underway. Supporters are reminded to have their match tickets ready for inspection before approaching the turnstiles and to enter the stadium via the designated Red or Green entrance shown on their ticket.
We strongly encourage the use of public transport. Tolka Park is situated in a residential area so parking is limited in the immediate vicinity of the stadium. There are, however, ample public transport options with frequent services.
TRAVELLING BY BUS | From Dublin City Centre and the north of the city, including Dublin Airport, Swords and DCU, routes 1, 11, 13, 16, 33, 41, 41B, 41C and 44 serve bus stops just 5 minutes walk away. TFI Journey Planner
TRAVELLING BY TRAIN | Drumcondra Station is approximately 10 minutes walk away with connections to the DART via Connolly Station and the Luas via Broombridge. Live Train Information

Ierne Sports Club This is a privately-operated car park on Grace Park Road very close to Tolka Park. They charge a flat rate of €10 per vehicle. Please check closing times with the attendant on duty.
Supporters with a hospitality ticket for the Shelbourne FC v Celtic fixture should make their way to the ticket hatch located outside the Main Stand before entering the stadium.
On arrival, please collect your hospitality wristband, drinks tokens and commemorative match scarf from the ticket hatch. These items are required to access the hospitality area and to redeem your drinks during the evening, so please ensure you collect them before making your way to your seat.
The pre-match Q&A will begin at 5:15pm, so we encourage all hospitality guests to arrive early to allow enough time to collect their hospitality items and be seated before the event starts.
