Swansea City came from behind to win at Cardiff Met and Briton Ferry returned to the Genero Adran Premier with an opening-day victory.

TNS are initial leaders after netting five at Barry, with one a-piece from Lauren Dunkerley, Chantelle Teare, Lexi Jones, Molly Havard and a Lia Lewis penalty.

Briton Ferry marked their top-flight return with all four goals of the game at Aberystwyth, Fleur Jenkins, Maia Owen, Alison Witts and substitute Jess Denscombe all finding the net.

Swansea City quickly levelled at Cardiff Met as Danielle Broadhurst cancelled out Chelsea Cochrane’s early strike, Stacey John-Davies then getting the Swans’ winner on half time.

Ffion Price broke the deadlock in the second half for Cardiff City away to Wrexham, Eliza Collie securing the three points with a late second.

Bangor 0-0 Flint Town United (Att: 48) Felinheli P-P Connah’s Quay Nomads Llanfair United 6-1 NFA (Att: 38) Rhyl 0-6 Llandudno (Att: 72)

Llandudno and Llanfair both began by hitting six goals, Maddie Williams and Kelsey Davies with two each for the former at Rhyl, United substitute Becky Jones with a brace against NFA. Flint Town marked their debut with a goalless draw at Bangor.

Cascade 1-0 Swansea University (Att: 50) Llanelli Town 1-2 Cwmbran Celtic (Att: 112) Penybont 1-3 Pontypridd United (Att: 70)

Ruby James scored twice after the break for relegated Pontypridd in their victory at promoted Penybont, Casey Daniels put the newcomers ahead but Lauren Payne leveller from the spot. Jade Crofts’ double included a first-minute effort and gave Cwmbran the points at Llanelli, Olivia Townsend’s first-half goal was enough for Cascade to defeat Swansea University
