Team’s Up – Two changes as Tierney and Forrest replace Saracchi and Maeda

Martin O’Neill, true to his word, has made two changes to the Celtic team that started on Sunday at Hampden Park in the 3-1 win over theRangers in the Premier Sports Cup semi-final for this evening’s Europa League match against FC Midtjylland…

The two additions to the side are Kieran Tierney at left back and James Forrest on the right wing. That means that Saracchi and Maeda both drop to the bench with the Celtic starting XI being as follows:

Schmeichel; Ralston, Trusty, Scales, Tierney; McGregor (c), Engels, Nygren; Forrest, Tounekti and Kenny.

The Celtic substitutes are Sinisalo, Doohan; Balikwisha, McCowan, Yang, Osmand, Bernardo, Saracchi, Maeda, Hatate, Murray and Donovan.

The bench will have an important part to play this evening with the likes of Hatate, Maeda, Saracchi, Osmand and McCowan all likely to get minutes.

Kick-off is at 5.45pm.
