The director of Bayern Munich has now spoken out on what has become a VERY messy situation involved Chelsea’s Nicolas Jackson.
The transfer window now just has a couple of days left in it and in true transfer window fashion, it’s got ridiculously dramatic now for Chelsea.
It all came after striker Liam Delap went down injured with a hamstring injury in Chelsea’s 2-0 win over Fulham yesterday afternoon in the lunchtime kick off in the Premier League.
Right after the game it emerged that Chelsea were now stopping Nicolas Jackson’s move to Bayern Munich and bringing him back into the squad to cover Delap’s injury. However, Jackson was already arriving in Munich to complete his medical and then join Bayern for the season on loan.
Apparently Jackson is fuming about Chelsea telling him to come back and he has no intentions of returning and is still in Germany now trying to complete the move to Bayern.
Have you ever seen something this mad? Well I mean, we all have, of course, because transfer windows are crazy. But this situation is tense, dramatic, messy, and just not what Chelsea need right now during another tough season.

Bayern director Max Eberl has been asked about the Jackson situation in words reported over night by Fabrizio Romano and others on X.
He says:
“I’m not in a position to act. We will tell the player and his agent that they have to go back to London, he’s Chelsea player.
“For final 48h, we’ll try to find a solution.”
So Jackson is returning to Chelsea then it seems. If Bayern say this, then Jackson will not be staying there. Unless Chelsea see the way he’s reacted and decide that actually they don’t want a player back who does not want to be there.
