Saturday produced another set of dramatic Club World Cup action as come from behind wins proved to be the theme of the day.
Here's what went down.
In the intense heat of Cincinnati to start Saturday's action, Borussia Dortmund won a captivating contest 4-3 against Mamelodi Sundowns - a game in which Jobe Bellingham netted his first goal on his first start.
Valentín Carboni then scored a 92nd minute winner to help Inter to a come-from-behind 2-1 win over Urawa Red Diamonds (who are now eliminated), with Lautaro Martínez levelling with a delightful over the shoulder volley.
Fluminense then treated their large travelling support in New York with a 4-2 win against Ulsan which puts them top of the group with a game to go.
Finally, River Plate and Monterrey rounded off the day's action with a scoreless stalemate.
Jhon Arias of Fluminense was a constant thorn in the side of the Ulsan defence, who never really got a grip on dealing with his threat in the attacking areas.
He scored the opening goal of the game with a wonderful free-kick and went on to provide a further assist to cap off a fine day's work.
Saturday was certainly a day of comebacks in the USA.
Victories for Fluminense and Dortmund mean they are now in pole position to qualify for the knockout stage with one game to go.
However, Mamelodi Sundowns remain in the fight and are set for a straight shootout with Fluminense to likely join the German side in the last 16.
It remains tight in Group E too with Inter, River Plate and Monterrey all fighting it out for the top two spots.
As a result of their successive defeats to start the competition, both Urawa Red Diamonds and Ulsan have been eliminated.
"I was standing on the sideline and was sweating like I had came out of a sauna. They were tough conditions. We didn't play our best game but that wasn't possible with the heat. We won so let's move on." Niko Kovač, Borussia Dortmund.
"I don't really know how I scored that goal. I haven't watched it back yet. I did want to do that though and I thought about it as the ball was coming in which does make it easier to pull off." Lautaro Martínez, Inter.
"The coach spoke to us a lot at half-time. We didn't think we deserved to be behind at that point of the game. We come out with a different attitude, we were really improved, we played well and now we're looking to qualify against Mamelodi." Jhon Arias, Fluminense.
Both Juventus and Manchester City can book their places in the next round when they take on Wydad and Al Ain respectively in the first and last games of the day.
Sandwiched in between, Real Madrid are back in action looking for their first win of the tournament when they face Pachuca, while Salzburg do battle with Al-Hilal.
