Football League World asked ChatGPT what the final Championship table will look like, now that the transfer window has closed
Championship clubs have entered the business end of their respective campaigns now that the winter transfer window has closed.
The top of the second-tier table makes particularly interesting reading, as league leaders Coventry City have let Middlesbrough catch up with them following a poor run of form.
Meanwhile, both Hull City and Ipswich Town will believe that they are capable of beating either the Sky Blues or Boro to an automatic promotion spot.
At the other end of the Championship table, Sheffield Wednesday are all but relegated already, owing to points deductions, while clubs such as West Bromwich Albion and Norwich City, who held play-off aspirations at the beginning of the campaign, instead find themselves in danger.
Football League World asked the AI tool, ChatGPT, to predict the second tier's final standings.

The Owls are rooted to the bottom of the Championship table, on negative points, so it is no surprise that ChatGPT has predicted that Henrik Pedersen's side will finish exactly where they are.
Wednesday could even be relegated when they face Sheffield United later this month, which is a scenario that the Hillsborough faithful will desperately want to avoid.

Oxford United currently have fears of ending up in the bottom three, and unfortunately for U's supporters, that's where ChatGPT believes they will finish come the end of the season.
The Kassam Stadium outfit initially earned positive results under the stewardship of new boss Matt Bloomfield, including a 2-1 win at Leicester City, but went on to endure successive defeats at the hands of Birmingham City and Sheffield United.

ChatGPT also thinks that West Brom will suffer relegation to League One.
The AI tool added that it believes the Baggies have given themselves too much to do, and that their goal difference will never recover.

Following Leicester City's six-point deduction, ChatGPT thinks that the Foxes will finish 21st due to inconsistency, but will have enough quality to beat the drop.

AI has outlined that Portsmouth's winter transfer window activity has given them just enough bite to pull clear of trouble.
That is a sentiment which is likely to be shared by Pompey supporters, as new signings Millenic Ali and Ebou Adams both scored in a recent 3-0 victory over West Brom.

Blackburn Rovers successfully defeated Wednesday 1-0 in early February, but are still in danger.
ChatGPT believes that Rovers will 'barely survive again', having endured a relegation scare in the 2023/24 campaign.

Norwich have been galvanised by Philippe Clement's November arrival, enjoying three consecutive victories in the Championship before their defeat to automatic promotion contenders Middlesbrough.
With that in mind, coupled with the Canaries' positive activity in the winter transfer window, AI has predicted that the Carrow Road club will survive the drop.

Nathan Jones steered Charlton Athletic from League One to the Championship last season, and is now tasked with keeping the Addicks in the second tier.
AI believes that Jones' men will finish 18th, having signed the likes of former Everton defender Conor Coady and Liverpool youngster Luke Chambers in the transfer window.

Swansea City could join Charlton in landing a lower mid-table finish.
Vitor Matos' men have largely struggled for consistency, but recently enjoyed wins over Blackburn and Watford, either side of a 2-1 defeat at Hull.

Sheffield United enjoyed a strong end to the transfer window, making additions such as that of England international Kalvin Phillips.
