The report adds Lucas Perri is the only senior goalkeeper and might start unless a deal is reached with Karl Darlow, while Alex Cairns is set to extend but remains back-up.

Wrexham can expect a strong Welsh contingent including Joe Rodon, who is about to enter his fourth year at Leeds after an excellent 2025/26. Wilson could also feature.

Sebastiaan Bornauw, who was not named in Belgium’s World Cup squad and has been on holiday in Thailand, should be fresh and could push for a centre-back place. Jaka Bijol might start on the left of a three to cover Struijk’s absence, with no left-footed centre-backs available.
